Infinite Population and Increased Resource Count

Complete overhaul of Population, Resources and Build Limits.

All units and buildings now have an enourmous 1000 Build Limit.
All units cost zero population. This means infinite units. YAY!
All instances gold mines carry 350000 gold
All trees carry 3500 wood
All sources of food (that are not infinte by default) carry 3500 food.

This is my very first mod. Tons of inexperience here so be gentle please.
This mod needs to be first in priority and will not work with mods that edit the same files.

Mod is compatible with campaign and single player. I have not tested multiplayer.

Change Log:
Added a few preview images.
Fixed a bug where Gaia Trees were still only carrying 200 Wood instead of 3500.
Also shaved down mod size from 58MB to 7MB
