描述
Active defense system that pulses high voltage arcs to stun swarms and draw fire. Deals high damage but slow hit speed.
Immune to bullets, vulnerable to explosives and high water. Great for setting up defensive positions, holding choke points or as distraction for alien swarm.

Don't get electrocuted.
