I'm seeing the same issue as @Narnia Forces. Seems the middle section has a lower RPM on the wheels than the other two parts.

Still one of the most immaculately designed locomotives on the Workshop. The running gear is of particular note. The valve gear even moves, something I don't think even the official steam locomotives do.
