[TFA] 40k Lasgun

I do not take credit for the model or content used in this addon. What was changed/Fixed?

- Fixed firing sound
- Fixed reload sound
- Changed recoil and recoil for iron sights
- Updated Impact effect to leave a scorch mark

If you are having issues with a blurry sight when you scope in, the TFA base has a quick easy fix. You need to head over to your TFA scope options and disable the blur. It's that easy.

UPDATE

I have been planning on revamping this/improving it. I am trying to focus on developing blender skills and getting better at LUA. Until then, go check out other people's stuff. I really like Kraken's Warhammer SWEPs on the ArcCW base ;)
