Raucher eher wie Choker, habe ich Recht, Jungs?

Another simple mod that changes the smoker animations to the German versions, those being unused as far as I know. I had to patch some holes in the animation set as some got saved over or never finished, but you're still getting the real deal.

Requires xdReanimsBase subscribed otherwise it has no effect.
