OP Kislev

A simple, fun and unbalanced mod bordering on cheating, which gives the Kislev faction a divine boost, giving them the strength needed to triumph over any foe by buffing some buildings and letting them recruit some Cathayan units!

The Ice Court sent a delegation to Cathay to enable recruitment of the following units for Kislev:
- Crane Gunners
- Sky Junks
- Terracota Sentinels

The following Kislev buildings are significantly buffed with the following effects (these are top tier effects, they ramp up):

Farms:

Farmers and the Land itself are rejuvinated by Ursun. The troops are hailed, beer is flowing and the days are just a bit brighter.

Dwarf beer resource production: +20 kegs
Supporters generated: 2
Control: +15
Campaign movement range: +66% (local owned armies)
Enemy Campaign movement range: -75% (local enemy armies)
Growth: +150
Enemy Hero action success chance: -90%
Skaven Under-Cities Discoverability: +100
Provides garrison: 6x Ice Guard (glaives)
Provides garrison: 3x Armoured Kossars
Provides garrison: 3x Streltsi


Forest:

The Spirits of the forests are strong and the wildlife moves with a new spring in its step. The air itself is said to be blessed and traveller's discover that their wounds heal just a bit quicker.

Furs resource production: +20 bundles
Devotion generated: 7
Casualty replenishment rate: +50% (local armies)
Corruption: -15
Corruption in adjacent provinces: -4
Income from Farms: +200% (local region)
Chance of removing a trait gained in the Realm of Chaos: +90%
Provides garrison: 1x Elemental Bear


Ice Training Grounds:

Outposts are carved deep within winter's heart where the faithful work, train and study.

Gemstones resource production: +45 sacks
Carved Obsidian resource production: +45 chests
Devotion generated: 20
Supporters generated: 5
Control: +30
Diplomatic relations with all factions: +5
Campaign movement range: +66% (local owned armies)
Enemy Campaign movement range: -75% (local enemy armies)
Enemy Hero action success chance: -90%
Income from trade: +10% (factionwide)
Income from Farms: +10% (factionwide)
Corruption: -30
Corruption reduction in adjacent provinces: -10
Skaven Under-Cities Discoverability: +150
Provides garrison: 9x Ice Guard (glaives)
Provides garrison: 1x Elemental Bear

Unlocks recruitment of:
