With yesterdays spring update there are no additional steps or beta downloads needed anymore, just enable the mod and enjoy

You are in the beta?

As written in the description you need to have the beta version, since this is a feature of the next game update. Either you enable it in steam now or you wait until the 10th of next month when it is being released. Once you are in the beta you just place it on the road/track like you do with signals. You can find it in the waypoints section.

I have download others and it's "not" explain how it works. especially with this Steam game where is not possible to find where in your computer is located ( the bad side of Steam)
