Added two track gate with all connections (rail, road, pedestrian, fence) and animated ramps and rail gates.

Until now there is no documentation, how to do it - open and close ramp. Also it seems that lights cannot be animated.

Removing electrification is not possible, it is done by allowing trains through gates.
