some disclaimers about accuracy (also spoilers ahead for both NGE and EoE of course)
it's mainly based off of the episode where it's used by rei, with minor creative liberties taken such as being able to melee with it

i really did want to make it stab and get stuck in NPCs and immobilize them like when the mass produced evangelions use the spear against unit 02 but i couldnt be bothered to mess with bonemerges, and i dont know if the real spear even has the same properties as the SEELE produced copy anyway
