This is skyscraper in Lyon, France, it's 165 meters tall and thirteenth-tallest building in France according to Wikipedia. I opened a new tab on my browser which cycles through different random wallpapers every time you open a tab, this was one of those wallpapers and I decided to try to make it as practice mostly.
