This stops working for me after turn 63. Has happened on numerous saves around the same turn time with various different mod combinations. Weird.

前期没啥人来，中期开始排队来求防御同盟和军事同盟。。。。

的确一般情况下不会再没完没了的发请求了，但是一旦被攻击就一下子全爆发，雪片一样的请求发过来。

@grizkar I'm like 90% sure this mod limits non-crucial offers. So defensive, military alliances and the like.

They can still do peace, war, and trade. But it seems nothing else.
