描述
This mod changes the CEO of TUP to be more balanced, here instead of the mess of balance that it is by itself.

This is not finished as I haven't gotten through all of the items yet.

Changes:

Characters added in Fates Divided have 60 points of Wuxing and new stat buffs
Characters who were unique and previously had 30 points now have 60 points.

Place above Total Unique Pack and the Start Date

Should be save game compatible

Note any bugs or any imbalance things in the comments

I've also begun to notice a pattern in TUP ceo files, they have everything bound to being general bias, this is why many items are never given to those in power a lot, in the late stages of the game. I am probably gonna fix this.

This mod TUP+MTU Fix is not compatible as it changes CEO as well. I won't be able to make it compatible either as it seems that this person has access to the files while I don't.

I see - is there a way to work on character stats in a relatively painless way? (noob question - I'm not a seasoned modder) - many thanks

@mini_lancer This mod isn't maintained anymore due to the difficulty of changing the effects this way. That is why I have created 190 Expanded to allow more freedom.

hi Ironic, is this mod still maintained and updated? I have done quite some research myself into the characters and would like to contribute to a rebalance of character stats - if this mod isn't longer supported would love to learn to actually do my own

Hello, I dont know if this is just me (I play with Trom+MTU), but for some reason some factions have duplicates of characters like Liu Bei having 2 Chen Dao's and Liu Feng's. Would you happen to know why this could happen?
