OUTDATED!
Use Dnasis's mod instead https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3058423279

Just a simple mod that always shows their spoken language(s).
In vanilla, spoken languages tooltip only shows when the character speaks 2 or more languages. With this mod, the tooltip will always show even though the character only speaks their mother tongue.

It works, but the icon often shows up twice. When disabled, it doesn't show up at all, so it's definitely not an issue related to another mod.

@Stefan, I also get it twice, but only when the character knows more than one language. When they do you get double icons, one from vanilla and one from this mod, independent of one another presumably.

@ggerolamo as those mods are gui mods, i'm sure a compatch is needed and i dont think i could make it

maybe it's possible that 'Show Spoken Language' and 'Show Me Your Council' work together !?? Unfortunately, the two mods do not seem to be compatible...
