The player complaints are expected. Doing hard physical exercise for a full week is brutal. Only crazy people would'nt complain. Let them complain because it will be worth it in the long run and it's only for a few weeks in the beginning and break of the season

Same as the other schedules, they are just not balanced and lead to player complaints. They need extensive tinkering in order to provide the required results.

Yes it does preseason training. Subs come from youtube (video from Zealand)

NO notes describing what it does and has 1288 subs, can someone comment to give me a clue, is it a just a pre season training plans, early mid or just all of them?
