Better Items, followers, artefacts,blessings and battle item effects.

There was once such a mod for TWW2 but eventually it wasn't updated anymore, so I decided to make one for TWW3 myself. This improves the bonuses for equippable ancillaries and adds more effects to separate items and makes banners worth using. Daemon Prince blessings and their sets have their bonuses vastly improved adding falour with appropriate effects such as giving rage to khorne units, contaminated (-10 morale) to nurgle units and so on. Custom effects include that flaming attacks also cause burnt (-8 morale) effect and loot weapons have magic attacks on most of them. legendary weapons cause discouraged and if a lord has two artefacts the second give him dread aversion effect (passive morale debuff). Also certain nurgle blessings make you blast farts like Blorgar the Mad Titan. Tell me of any errors,suggestions.
