This mod is the second in my "2038" series, which works well with the "POLFOR", and the "2038 Bundeswehr" mods

STORY: because of the need to advance in tech, seeing as the major defeat in ukraine proved that russian military tatics, and technology needed to be improved. So russia started a experimental company called "VOLK". since the tests proved not only cost effective but also worked extremely well, this also proved to CSAT as well as CSTO that russia is still a capable military force. now its 2038 and they are ready to invade livonia with the possible help of belerus.
