描述
Summary
Gives Tzarina Katarin full access to lore of tempest to make her a ice/tempest dual lore caster
and grants her the ice shard bound spell.

Details
Tempest is added as its own skill line below the lore of ice, tried to keep the layout as close to vanilla as i could.

Ice Mistress skill node now also to grant its cooldown reduction and winds of magic cost reduction to lore of tempest spells.

Frost Affinity skill node now also grants access to the Ice shard bound spell.

Compatibility
Should be compatible with everything.

Please tell me if you find any bugs.

For those of you with RPFM, the mod is mostly fine, except for one easily fixable thing. In character_skill_nodes_tables, the indent is fine, 3, but for some reason the tier is 921, 922, etc. Just change it to 1, 2, 3, etc. and the mod will work just fine.

this mod is dead. no longer works with the current version anymore. instead of the full skill tree it only gives 1 skill

@meili She has the dual lores in the Motherland mod but as far as I'm aware there isnt any isolated mod for this that is up to date with 6.1

For some reason the only skill line that is changed is her top skill line, shows bonuses for lore of tempest but the skill line for the other lore of magic isn't there. I have always used this mod this is the first time I've seen this.
