Boss Resprite - The Bloat

描述
A simple resprite of the Bloat based off of its Vs. portrait and one of the Four Souls cards.
It does replace his anm2 file but it's just switching some frames around, there are no gameplay changes and you can probably override it and it'll be just fine.

It even has its champion and Delirium sprites! Now he's a bit more bearable to fight!

bloat has issues but still he's not THAT bad

Bloat is easy in theory, but a lot of stuff makes it hard to "just stay behind him".

Room layout can be a huge issue, Bloat may not choose to move forward, the eyeballs force you to move, and his brimstone lasers are almost instant.

The Bloat isn't an alt route boss so yes it should work.
