Warsaw Pact Naval Signal Flag Pack

More pennants, yay!

This is a addon of Warsaw Pact Naval Signals. Unlike almost any of my mods, this was entirely made by me, both textures and models.

This addon was again commissioned by Strasse. I'd like to thank him (Again) for his generosity, as well as his dedication to DDR and Warsaw Pact history.

Features:
- Warsaw Pact Naval Signals.
- Includes the general 36 digits, the 10 numbered signals, and the special signals too.

Bugs:
- Textures (Might) be inconsistent, let me know if this is the case.
