No Lightning Strike

描述
This mod replaces the level 3 effect of "lightning strike", with an increased delay of enemy reinforcement time.

The skill now gives:
- +50% enemy reinforcement time at level 1
- +75% enemy reinforcement time at level 2
- +100% enemy reinforcement time at level 3

Thanks to Rob for the mod image.

Compatible with anything that doesn't totally overwrite skills.

doesnt work. or wood elves are cheating. its so fucking stupid that they can teleport my entire army out of my settlement and fight it in a field instead of having to attack my settlement in a castle. fuck you wh3 devs

Curious, does this work for AI (as in if they Lightning Strike you, any of your reinforcements arrive later), or is this Player only?
