Tainted Judas turns Red Hearts into Ghosts

描述
Tainted Judas can now pick up red hearts, which will grant him blood echoes per half a heart picked up. For each enemy Tainted Judas hits with Dark Arts, if that enemy survives, or if there are more enemies in the room, one of the blood echoes will transform into a spoopy ghost and start chasing enemies for a short time before exploding.

Also, Dark Judas (not to be mistaken with Tainted Judas) converts red hearts into shadow chargers, at a rate of 1 charger per full red heart picked up.

You can't pick up hearts to fill bone hearts as any character that can only pick up soul/black hearts.

I like this mod but sadly I can't pick up hearts for bone hearts I am sure that's intended
