please help i somehow put the rain cooldown to 60 seconds and now i cant set it down more

my pc is inside my eyes because i accidentally clicked bombs :( also my pc fan has been lodged up the jaw. my pc is right next to me so if i made a recording to publish youll know when it explodes cause the mic will cut out.

please make it so i can set the delay between spawns last longer

Rains whatever you want! Anything in your spawn menu can be used. The code is based off of the code for the spawn menu. (update: I just learned about a mod named Spawn Rain that does something similar right before publishing. For the record, I wrote this mod before learning about the other mod.)
