Johnny's Better Sacking

Hello!

In warhammer 3 replenishing your forces through sacking is impossible. This mod restores regeneration from sacking! I think it was more thematic in previous warhammer total war games where you would use the supplies you gained from sacking a city to replenish your army.

What does this mod do?
- added a regen effect to your army for sacking a settlement (just like in warhammer 2)
- added a effect that increases regeneration for your army after you sack a settlement for 2 turns. (this is to simulate encamping after sacking and using the supplies you found in the city to replenish your army)
- changed the encamp stance penalty to 30%, now you can sack a city and encamp after the event to reap the rewards.

compatibility:
- should be compatible with most mods
- I am not sure what will be incompatible but let me know if you think there is an incompatibility.

balancing:
- feedback always welcome
- encamp stance is stronger now since you can adopt it at less movement cost.
