Better Defeat Trait for WH3 Legendary Lords

Changes the 'defeated ~~' traits of vanila into much more like WH1/WH2 version.
also slightly buffs the traits.

Defeated Greasus Goldtooth: Undertyrant
Like all Tyrants, in the end Greasus Goldtooth proved to be nothing but a massive bag of hot air and empty threats.
-local income +8%
-trade income increased to +10%
-added +8 leadership while fighting Ogres(lord's army)

Defeated Skrag: Health Kitchen
As it turned out, the Maw-that-Walks proved too slow for his adversary, who ended up running circles around the great big lump of Ogreish lard.
-chance of Winds of Magic increasing when changing in local province increased to +15%
-now gives attribute: hunger

Defeated Ku’gath: Physical Therapist
For all his poxes and foul contagions, Nurgle's Foetid Brewmaster was overcome in battle by good, old-fashioned brute force.
-Chance of Plague spreading: now changed to -77%
-now provides +7% replenishment instead of +10 growth

Defeated Skarbrand: Additional Sentence
The permanent return of the Exiled One has been, if not prevented, then seriously hampered in its progress by a detailed defeat in battle.
-Weapon Strength: +8%
-Charge Bonus: increased to +8
-added +8 melee attack

Defeated Kairos Fateweaver: Ignorance is Bliss
Despite knowing every spell ever uttered, the Mocking Watcher was laid low this day by a superior adversary – which must drive him even more insane!
-added Spell Resistance: +9% (lord's army)
-chance of Winds of Magic increasing: +9%
-added Ward Save: +9%

Defeated N'Kari: Involuntary Masochist
The most notorious of Slaanesh's Keepers of Secrets has once again tasted defeat, no doubt finding it a most unpleasant sensation!
-Experience gain for Lords & Heroes: decreased to +6%
-added army movement range: +6%
-added army speed: +6%

Defeated the Daemon Prince: Godslayer-slayer
All that faith and slavish devotion didn’t stop the Daemon Prince from losing badly, on the day at least, to a general of vastly higher quality.
-added +7% replenishment
-added Immune to Chaos Wastes and Chaos Undivided corruption(lord's army)

Defeated Miao Ying: Not So Cold and Aloof
This exceptional general has put the Storm Dragon, her armies and war-machines, to flight, inflicting a shameful defeat upon Cathay in the process.
-added range: +6%(lord's army)
-melee defence: +3(lord's army)
-added replenishment: +5%

Defeated Zhao Ming: Ironbreaker
Even the Warp-weapons and Wizards at his disposal weren't able to prevent the defeat of the Iron Dragon by a superior general.
-Armour: increased to +6
-added Melee attack: +3(lord's army)
-Magic item drop chance: +10%

Defeated Katarin: Like father, Like daughter
Though she is great as her predecessor, just like her father, that didn't stop Kislev's Ice Queen from suffering frustration at the hands of her opponent.
-added replenishment: +6%
-now gives the passive: chilling aura

Defeated Boris Ursus: Boris Die Twice
Tzar Boris may well have come back from the dead to fight again, but it might have been more prudent to stay that way for all the good it's done him.
-now Causes fear vs Kislev(lord's army)
-added -6 leadership debuff against enemy(local region)
-added anti-large bonus: +6

Defeated Kostaltyn: Kat's real gone
Ko ko Kostaltyn, nemesis of the Kislev queen, It was a shame how he carried on...
-Leadership in own territory: increased to +10
-now gives scorching attacks(gives enemy weakness to flaming attacks)


Defeated Mannfred
-now also increases leadership +7 (lords army)
-casualties from vampiric attrition: changed to -60%

Defeated Ungrim
-magic resistance: increased to 20%
-melee attack: increased to +6
-missile resistance: increased to 15%

Defeated Karl
-now causes fear against humans(all army)
-added immune to psychology(character)

Defeated snikch
- agent action success chance: increased to 12%
- now also gives attribute: snipe
