Not mine but i made it more realistic as you know by now :)

Changed to terrain to asfalt/concrete
added parking spots, added lights, added lights on the front of building top and down,
added AC units on the roof top each section. and on the smaller section with an air filter unit.
added lights around it
added trees
added flowers

Increased radius
Increased student

you need one DLC as far i know i dont know if it works with out it. just try it and let me know

But mod can only be downloaded from my page and the orginal uploader rights are with him i do not own any of the building, i just modified it under the non profit license !!! dont put on other sites or what so ever or for money making thats forbidden.
