This addon adds doubling in the eyes from the explosions.

CVARS
dv_enable_cl - Enable/Disable addon for you
dv_enable - Enable/Disable addon for everyone

dv_amplitude - How large will be the amplitude. def: 1.5
dv_period - How fast the image will move. def: 3
dv_opacity - How opaque the image will be. def: 0.8
