Faction Edit | Segregated Lord Yoshinaga (Grass Pirates)

Changes the town of Heng into a providence that is owned by Lord Yoshinaga, a noble lord of the United Cities. He is now part of the Grass Pirates and the town, while he's alive, will be protected by a revamped character list based on the original Grass Pirate npcs.

Their npcs mimic the United Cities exactly, so you'll find the same military setup and enforcement.

If you build in Heng, you will be visitied by Grass Pirate Taxmen.

They are at war with the United Cities, but are not enemies to anyone else anymore. They mimic the United City's relations heavily.

If Yoshinaga is killed, the town returns to a vanilla state, without Yoshinaga's home.

The United Heros League doesn't spawn in Heng anymore under this world state.

The dialogue is currently unedited. This is in beta. I need to actually see if things work first then I'll revamp the dialogue to be exclusively for the faction, if needed. Later, after that, I'll revamp the dialogue fully to make them sound different (Like Pirate Bandits) than like the Untied Cities military.
