1970s Cave Johnson Model + NPC and Playermodel

Now 50% more healthy!

This is a addon of 1970s Cave Johnson. This is basically a carbon-copy of the 1980s Cave, except a difference in facemap. This was a little rushed due to there being other projects I want to work on.

In order to avoid issues, do not use this with the 1980s version, or they will override eachother, resulting in either this or the 1980s version only showing up. There is nothing I can do about that, since I have no knowledge of hexing ragdolls.

Features:
- 1970s Cave Johnson model
- Includes a playermodel and a NPC
- The NPC can be found in the 'Aperture Science' category.

Bugs:
- Slight texture oddity on the back of his collar.
- Face posing is very weird, as a FYI.
