Craftable Curtains

描述
Make Curtains Craftable.

Craft White Short/Med/Long Curtains and then convert them to the other curtain colours.

Crafting Requirements:
Short - Tailoring 2, 1 Sheet
Normal - Tailoring 3, 2 Sheets
Long - Tailoring 4, 3 Sheets

TODO:
- ~~Make other colours craftable~~ - DONE
- Make crafting requirements configurable

NOTE: For translations you want to add, please open them as a PR here also. You can use the french translation as an example.

Bro, I need your help. Im trying to make a mod that involves messing with the "Add sheet" script, but I cant find it anywhere. Im not very familiar with moding and Ive looked on reddit, google, youtube, but it seems that Im the only guy lookng for this specific script. I thought that because you did these awesome curtains mod you might knew something to help me out. I would really appreciate and would credit you for it if I end up posting the mod. This is exactly what I needed, thank you! The only suggestion I have would be to maybe look at making it add a bit of tailoring exp as well? It's already so hard to level tailoring in the game so it'd be nice to get that little bonus. :D

@Revolver Bobcat: No problem with that ;) Thank you for this mod ! It was just for the little remark about the inconsistency on the steam description and in-game.

@PaddiSson_ , originally the intention was 3 sheets for long curtains but I decided against this because it would make it prohibitively expensive for curtains that are largely cosmetic. I probably need to change the description in steam to reflect this.
