Sheathed Sword
This is a passive that appears in the Shop pool.
It gives the player limited tears.
When the player tries to shoot a tear without any ammo, the player takes damage and gains Spirit Sword for the rest of the floor.
The player's tears are stronger when the player is low on ammo.
Ammo can be regained by shooting enemies and campfires and by taking damage.
The maximum amount of ammo the player can have at once increases on later floors.


Peter
Peter has Isaac's stats.
He starts with Crystal Key, Sheathed Sword, and Rock Bottom.
His Birthright allows him to have negative ammo, effectively doubling his ammo and allowing him to get a stronger damage multiplier from Sheathed Sword.
Peter's limited ammo can make tears ups and certain items like Saturnus and Inner Eye risky, but some of Rock Bottom's synergies and Spirit Sword's ability to grab pickups can make it worthwhile.

Tainted Peter
Tainted Peter can fly, has low damage, has high speed, and cannot get red heart containers (but can fill bone hearts).
He starts with a pocket Red Key, Book of Virtues, Mitre, and Spirit Sword.
His Birthright shows the current room's coordinates to help find the I AM ERROR Room, and it reveals the Ultra Secret Room.
Despite being a pocket item, Tainted Peter's pocket Red Key will produce wisps, allowing Tainted Peter to make a lot of Red Rooms each floor, but his low range and reliance on soul hearts can make wandering around risky.
