Fesiug's Utilities

It allows you to change player abilities and stats.
Player to NPC multiplier,
NPC to Player multiplier,
Fall damage multiplier,
Max Health & Armor,
Start Health & Armor,
Duck Enter, Exit time,
Slowwalk, Normal and Run speeds,
Crouching speed multiplier,
Ladder Speed and Jump Power

as well as

No Collide with Team (works only with teams with ID 1 through 4)
Avoid Players
"Disable Giant ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Red Damage Flash"
Only Sprint Moving Forward
Ablative Armor clone
Disallow picking up HL2 weapons
Hide HL2 zoom HUD

This was made for myself, and mostly modifies default GMod sandbox stats.
