Toggleable Multiplayer Scaling

描述
Built for 1.4 Alpha version of tModLoader.
Adds a server-side config for handling the scaling of stats in multiplayer with Expert Mode or Master Mode enabled.

All configurable stats:
* Health
* Damage
* Defense
* Size
* Knockback Resistance

All of these stats can be disabled globally. You can preserve scaling for specific NPCs through whitelists in the config. There is a global whitelist and a whitelist provided for each specified stat.

How to I adjust the scaling with the bosses? Does it automatically happens when I download the mod or do I need to do something?
Also how do I see exactly the scaling % or multiplier?
Does the whitelist means that the boss in it will NOT be scaled or the opposite?
