Possession Mutator (Commission)

Beskrivning
Allows you to continue the fight by transferring the player's control to a nearby bot or squadmate on death.

Inspired by Skirmish mode and that first mission from the Battlefield 1 campaign.

Mod settings:

Respawn Timer - Sets the amount of time it takes for the player to transfer to a bot after death. (1-4 seconds recommended)

Prioritize Squad - Toggle prioritizing nearby squad members vs any teammates

Keep Player Weapons - Retains player's weapons when transferring

@Lynnh I can double check that but if I recall correctly I did implement checks in the code to ensure it doesn’t throw anymore errors

I think I just figured out why this mod doesn't work sometimes, it's could be because the player doesn't have the secondary weapon.

i play with no aircraft so its not an issue for me

slight feedback: for some reason it has a very heavy preference for spawning you in aircraft, this can become annoying when you want to get back in the fight. very good mutator though

I have just tested extensively and have not gotten any errors anymore since the last public update of this mod, for those still reporting bugs are you sure you aren't using any other mods that could be conflicting possibly
