The Binding of Isaac: Revertance

All of the following items have been in their respective item pools before and they were removed in repentance so I decided to add them back in to make the runs more fun and varied.

All item weights have also been set to 1 just like before repentance.

Treasure room pool reverts:

• A Quarter
  
• Crystal Ball
  
• Epic Fetus
  
• Blank Card
  
• Judas' Shadow
  
• D infinity

Shop pool reverts:

• Sack of sacks

Boss Pool Reverts:

• Magic Mushroom
  
• The Halo
  
• <3

(Did not add Belly Button and Polydactyly back since they're more fitting for treasure rooms and also didn't add little Steven back either since it drops from the Steven boss fight)

Devil Room Reverts:

• Removed A Quarter (It's an incredibly unfitting item for the devil pool which was only added in repentance)
  

Angel Room Reverts:

• Added Stigmata back in (I see no reason for this item not to be a part of the angel pool)

Secret Room Reverts:

• Added A Quarter back in (It's a lot more fitting for the secret room pool)

Golden Chest Reverts:
Completely reverted the golden chest item pool to include every single item that used to be there. The new items are still in the chests as well

• Goat Head (Enabled some really fun runs with guaranteed deals. The removal is just an unfun choice imo)

Curse Room Fixes:

• Guppy's Eye was supposed to be added to the curse room item pool in 1.7.8 according to the patch notes but it wasn't for some reason so I just added it in myself
