Campus DLC Dorm Cube Services

When making Phips College for my Skrælige project, I needed a way to set up tiny dorms - that way it would be functional, but wouldn't educate too many of my citizens. So I went ahead and made some cube services so it's easy enough for everyone to use. They come in all three college types (Trade School, Liberal Arts College, University), and four sizes: 20 students, 100 students, 250 students, and 500 students.
