In Berlo's Basement

描述
REAGENTS AND PRODUCTS MUST BE ORIENTED AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE. THAT IS THE INTENDED PUZZLE.

The work of legendary alchemical engineer Carus Van Berlo has been of great interest to every generation of alchemical engineers. Recently a hidden workshop was discovered in the basement of Van Berlo's childhood home. This workshop contained never before seen notebooks, drawings, and designs, but the object that most enthralled alchemical engineers was a transmutation table that appears to contain an early iteration of the layout of Van Berlo's famed wheel. Many alchemical engineers have been inspired by this layout, and have begun to explore how one might achieve such a transmutation. Perhaps they are also intrigued by the fact that the reagents and products are rusted onto the table and cannot be moved.

Central concept:
Single atom input suppression

Intended metrics:
Area>Cycles>Cost
Overlap Cycles>Cost>Area

Other decent metrics:
Cost>Area>Cycles
Cycles>Cost>Area

@Bogodoris This is a minor suggestion, but you could drop some cycles by not rotating the bottom-right arm.

If only we had a feature to fix the relative positions of products and reagents, workshop would be filled with masterpieces like this...
