Upscales and denoises every video cutscene in the game from 540p to 1080p (2x the original resolution)

This was done by the following process:
- Convert the original cutscenes to MP4 format using HandBrake
- Upscaled all cutscenes by 2x using Waifu2x Extension GUI's RealESRGAN engine
- Converted back to OGV format using VLC

The mother ending skipping part way through has just been fixed, sorry about that :dip:

Theres a problem with the mother ending, it skips a couple seconds ahead and it shows the credits early while the cutscene audio is still playing in the background
