It was founded by the Turkish-born Soviet Diplomat Ali Tekinevic on 13 November 1935, after gaining its independence from the Soviets. It was established with the aim of keeping the prosperous lands of Crimea and the Turkish society together, and the form of government was determined as the Republic. However, FeldMarshall Alpagu Khan wants the country to be ruled by nationalism against the government. Alpagu Khan seized the administration on January 1, 1936, due to the uprisings and actions that took place on December 15, 1935, and took the state to the medieval periods and declared the state name as Bozkır Khanate. Beyza Hanım was the sister of Alpagu Khan. She was previously in the Ottoman palace as a concubine in 1912. In addition, a part of the state was in favor of a monarchist system, and they wanted Beyza to be the first and they were trying to gather supporters. Alpagu Khan was aware of this and was in constant blocking activities. Leyla Casanova, whom Ali Tekinevic met while he was a diplomat, had a socialist view and was in favor of the state being ruled by Left governments. Currently, his aim is to gather supporters against the government and to overthrow the nationalist government with Soviet support.
