This removes PCS from all soldiers which includes the current squad and any soldiers currently on covert operations or infiltrations which is not good.

It would be great if this button didn't remove PCS'es from soldiers currenlty included in squad, similarly to "make weapon upgrades available" button.

ok, thank you for the info. i was debugging a potential CTD which coincidentally happened just after the update.

@modifieda4 sorry. cleaned up unnecessary code and fixed a potential bug with soldiers with multiple PCS (which can never happen anyway?)
