No Tribal Courts

A very simple mod for those of us who prefer no tribal courts over poorly realised and historically inaccurate tribal courts - this mod makes it so tribal rulers no longer have access to royal courts, as was the case when 1.5 originally released.

This mod edits 00_government_types.txt and isn't compatible with any other mod that edits vanilla governments. It will disable achievements. It is just a simple one line change (removing "royal_court = yes" from under tribal_government), so if it isn't compatible with one of your mods, you can edit the file yourself instead of installing this mod.

Other than the fact that tribal courts do not reflect the architecture of the tribes they represent, they also do not accurately represent the way these tribes were governed historically, and in that way, at least to me, take away from the experience of playing as a tribe. This is largely because the royal court mechanic was never intended to be used for tribes. The result is a very half-arsed, stripped-down experience that characterises all tribal people as crazy warmongering pirates, and lacks much of what makes royal courts work as a mechanic, while completely failing to truthfully depict how tribal societies functioned.
These are all concerns that are shared by some other big mod creators, such as El Tyranos of CFP, as well as the greatest modders of them all - myself and the Elder Kings team.
