- Prefabs are cheaper and stored more efficiently

Drawbacks:
- reduced applicant generation rate
- reduced birthrate (increases over time until it normalizes after 100 Sol)
- new rockets are more expansive (5B per rocket)


Commander - DLR Administrator
- Drones are optimized over the course of 100 Sol (just like the inventor)
- Buildings are optimized over the course of 100 Sol, increasing production by up to 25%
