描述

A skill tweak mod, make the [Vigor Outburst] a free-action skill, won't end your turn but will have 2 rounds cool down.

You don't have to use this mod, this is just a choice for you. Personally, i prefer the original one, it's skill set is more balanced and tactical.

If you use this tweak, make sure you subscribe the main mod, then prioritize this mod in launch order, make this higher than the main mod.

then it should work. stun killer 4 is in base effect file.
