描述
Phil Hagtown
A British military engineering school dropout, albeit he tries to cover up that fact with saying that he has a PhD in engineering. Nevertheless, his skills in making firearms and complex mechanisms are truly remarkable. He created the OAK-64, an overclocked AK-47 with higher fire-rate and the improved LMG that his co-workers Fred Kievred and Bruno Golkstein use. Not only that, he made multiple advanced weaponry and gadgets.
