描述

No stranger to frequently falling into other dimensions, Neptune crash lands into aether!

With a plethora of combo options, and devastating specials such as Cross Combo and Victory Slash to really Nep any enemies up!

Although not without flaws... with poor range, low weight, and no real stage control. while Neptune can dish a lot of hurt if she gets in, sometimes that's easier said than done...

All in all, Neptune is a lightweight punish focused rushdown character with a extremely combo-oriented fighting style.

@Quantumleaper NEO Balance and function wise I think NEP is fine where she is now. Though if o_626_o decided to update Nep, id just want him to maybe add the updated CC buttons to the character select; So maybe a jap/eng voice toggle and perhaps an infinite install mode for Bar-kun's demon horde stage since the demons don't register as players so she doesn't gain bar from killing them.

@LappLAN Agreed. I still play her all this time later. The author teased Nep's sister was the next character he was working on, but I'm guessing real life got busy.

This is such a technically cool character i looked at your code for the phone and stuff so immensley under appreciated, by far coolest workshop character ive seen

She's really fun to play with! The big thing she lacks is a few sound effects (most notably in FSpec)
Her jump is kinda funny with her vertical momentum "stopping" at the peak. Was that intentional?

Not sure if mentioning it will make any difference, last update was over a year... but a man can hope. It's a nice character.
