This addon add visor from the Entropy Zero mod
To activate, you need to register the commandin the console:
r_screenoverlay effects/flashlight007
I also advise you to subscribe to additional modifications and register another command:
r_flashlightfov 100

I put in the command but the overlays seems to be glitched and the effect slowly moves tot he left, leaves the screen and then comes back in through the right of the screen.
