Medical Supplements Retexture

Retextures some of the textures from Medical Supplements to a higher resolution and changed to match the rimworld art style.

-Chemical Mixer
-Lithium Salts
-Mercury Salts
-Sulfur (Uses base texture of Jade from the Vanilla Textures Expanded mod, but turned yellow)
-Hoppers (extended texture so they connect to new Chemical Mixer Texture)
-Early Medical Mat (match the others + touched up other mats textures)

The general style has been to match Vanilla Textures Expanded
