BiTurbo V6 Engine 2.0

This is improved version of BiTurbo V6 engine.

Start the engine at idle by pressing the E,
When the engine is running at idle hold Q for throttle,
Engine loses efficency without pins.

Changes in version 2.0;
-Different radiator and hose setup.
-Fixed Left turbo propeller being stuck after a while.
-Smaller, wider piston and cams.
-Adjusted spark plugs for maximum efficency and power.
-Reworked Exhaust manifold
-Stronger crankshaft
-New intake manifold
-New oil sump
-New flywheel
