Windheating

描述
The Technical university of Czechnislavia (fictional) is presenting you, with colaboration with the soviet technological institute in vladivostok, is presenting a new heating system of the future.

Wind powered heating plant: The basic principle works on a scientific discovery by James Prescott Joule. The mechanical resistence of spining plates creates heat. Which can be used to heat uor homes in this time of energy crisis and making us self reliant in case oil, coal, gas or nuclear fuel runs out.

No more fuel imports, for fuelless nations to bringing energy equality to even the most coldest and poorest regions.

Updated: lowered outpud to:

Small wind heating plant: 15 GJ 75m3
Big wind heating plant: 36 GJ 180m3
No workers

Oolykee, thanks.
Yes the it is affordable and I will keep it that way, but the output is going to halved.

For physics clariyication this thing turns mechanical energy to heat energy directly. Read more here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mechanical_equivalent_of_heat
