Banned! Compatibiliy Patch

描述
This is a sort of "universal" patch for AlphaAsh's excellent mod Banned! that adds compatibility with a few popular mods that change some vanilla factions by merging their changes with those of Banned.

Let me know if any other mods slightly alter factions and I'll see if I can work them in here.

Supported Mods
Only Banned! is required. The below mods can be added/removed freely as they do not conflict with each other and only Banned!

-Empires Expanded
-Ethics & Civics Alternative
-Ethics & Civics Bug Branch

Mod Order
-Place below Banned! and whichever of the supported mods you are using

Hey Chastity, do you think this is still compatible with the current version of Banned! and Empires Expanded? I looked at the files and it seems like it should be, but thought I'd ask just in case.

This mod and Banned would already be incompatible with the Ethics mods unless support was added, and I can only support one at a time. So that’s not really a big deal

might have to be wary the compatibility with E&C alternative doesn't then make it incompatible with the other E&C forks (E&C bug branch, E&C classic, and probably more) due to the faction details differing between each.

then again, if anyone else makes a patch only for banned and one of those other forks, it would maybe be able to overwrite this one without issue, assuming only the new factions were touched in that hypothetical patch.
