Also, why does she have a tipping mechanic on some of her moves even though she's still extremely weak, even when tipping? She doesn't have a sweet spot. She has two sour spots. Also, her jab doesn't work. The individual hits don't combo into each other. Conceptually, she has a very good moveset but a lot of her moves seem like they were made to do things they just don't actually do.

She's mostly fun but I think her forward air needs a massive speed buff. I've never had that move come out in a fight. I try jumping embarrassingly, what-is-he-even-trying-to-doingly high to make up for its long animation & it still just doesn't come out. It really contributes to my main issue when using her, which is that if someone is too close to me, I can't hit them because her moves all either have massive deadzones or are just too slow.

I parry an attack or dodge a very slow attack & then I can't even punish the enemy without having to move away first or use a move like down air, forward tilt, or down special that won't knock them away or start an easy combo. It'd help if her arms did damage during down smash. I'd understand having them do reduced damage since the idea is to hit them with your gauntlets but I see no reason why her arms should just do literally nothing when they hit you.

Omg I would play the heck out of every steven universe character on rivals. I saw some animations for a sprite for steven but I think they were abandoned, maybe I'll finally commit to smth and learn how to make workshop characters for aether
